風土條件

‘L’Ardoise’ takes its name from the slate-rich soils (ardoise) characteristic of this part of Anjou. These schist and slate soils, combined with the temperate Loire climate, contribute to the wine’s minerality, finesse, and aromatic complexity, particularly well-suited to Cabernet Franc.

品飲筆記

Deep ruby color with violet reflections. The nose reveals intense aromas of blackcurrant, raspberry, and floral notes of violet, with a touch of graphite. On the palate, the wine is fresh and silky, with fine tannins, bright acidity, and a long, elegant finish.

A vibrant and expressive Anjou red, combining fruit purity, freshness, and graceful structure — a beautiful expression of Cabernet Franc on slate soils.
