Terroir

Les Grèves is one of Beaune’s most renowned Premier Cru vineyards, located on gently sloping hillsides with well-drained limestone-clay soils. This terroir provides optimal conditions for Pinot Noir, contributing structure, minerality, and aromatic depth to the wine.

Tasting Notes

Deep ruby color with garnet reflections. The bouquet reveals intense aromas of red cherries, raspberries, rose petals, and subtle spicy notes. The palate is structured yet elegant, with fine-grained tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long, refined finish.
