Classified as a French Historic Monument, the château is surrounded by exceptional vineyards and gardens designed by André Le Nôtre. Today, the estate is fully committed to organic and sustainable viticulture, producing elegant, terroir-driven wines that reflect the diversity and beauty of Beaujolais crus.

Terroir

The Brouilly vineyards for the Combiliaty cuvée are situated at the foot of Mont Brouilly, where the soils are primarily composed of pink granite and metamorphic rocks. This terroir provides the ideal drainage and minerality necessary for the Gamay grape to achieve concentration, purity of fruit, and a characteristic soft, round structure. Brouilly is known for being one of the most supple and accessible of the Beaujolais Crus.

A charming and supple Brouilly, showcasing the generous fruit and smooth texture typical of the appellation—an elegant and immediately enjoyable expression of Gamay.
