Tasting Notes
Deep ruby red color. The nose offers intense aromas of black cherry, raspberry, violet, and subtle notes of licorice and sweet spices. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and structured, with firm yet refined tannins, fresh acidity, and a long, mineral-driven finish. The élevage by Gabriel d’Ardhuy brings roundness, balance, and aromatic precision.
