Tasting Notes

Brilliant pale gold color with green reflections. The nose reveals aromas of white flowers, lemon zest, ripe pear, and toasted almonds, with subtle hints of brioche. On the palate, the wine is round and creamy, balanced by vibrant acidity and a persistent mineral finish that enhances its finesse and freshness.
