História da vinícola
Aubert et Mathieu is a modern and eco-minded winemaking duo based in the Languedoc. Founded by childhood friends Anthony Aubert and Jean-Charles Mathieu, the domaine crafts expressive, organic wines that reflect the unique terroirs of southern France. Their approach is bold, responsible, and refreshingly contemporary.
Terroir
Suzy comes from selected plots in the IGP Pays d’Oc, where Mediterranean sunshine meets cool nights and limestone-clay soils. This combination favors fresh, aromatic expressions of Chardonnay, especially when vinified without oak influence.
Notas de degustação
Pale gold in color. The nose opens with white peach, lemon zest, and a hint of acacia. On the palate, it is crisp and juicy with notes of citrus and green apple, leading to a smooth, mineral finish.
An un-oaked, vibrant Chardonnay with pure fruit character and refreshing elegance—ideal for everyday enjoyment.
Harmonização
Perfect with grilled fish, lemon-roasted chicken, vegetable risotto, or fresh goat cheese.
