Cóntame is crafted using skin-contact maceration to extract deeper flavors from the grape skins. It shows a pale amber hue with a slight orange tint. The nose is concentrated and expressive, featuring blood orange, tangelo, mandarin, grapefruit, pomegranate, and a mix of herbs like sage, tarragon, and rosemary, layered with hints of longan honey and sourdough. On the palate, it is dry and crisp, with sun-dried herbs and a subtle earthy note reminiscent of the forest floor. The finish lingers with flavors of unroasted mixed nuts, candied dried orange slices, and dried flowers, offering a unique and textured tasting experience.

A first-class vegan red wine comes into the wine glass. Here it reveals a wonderfully bright, ruby-red color. In the glass, this red wine from Bodegas Aresan offers aromas of blackberries and sour cherries. The Bodegas Aresan Tradicion de Aresan Tinto La Mancha impresses with its elegantly dry taste. The texture of this balanced red wine is wonderfully creamy on the palate. In the finish, this youthful red wine from the wine-growing region of Castile – La Mancha delights with its considerable length. There are again hints of sour cherries and blackberries.
the grapes for this red wine from Spain are harvested particularly quickly and at the coolest possible time of day to preserve their aromas. After the harvest, the vegan Tradicion de Aresan Tinto La Mancha is aged for 3 months in oak barriques.

Istrian Malvasia received its name from the largest peninsula in Croatia, where it is widely grown and known for. The wine enjoys an extensive maceration period of 5 days, hence its golden colour with a tint of orange hue. Loads of green apple, pear, apricot and mandarin on the nose joining with honey and orange blossom. Mouthfeel is round with good weight, it is mouthwatering with notes of sun-dried herbs and finishes with white flowers and green apple peel.
